I'm very sorry you feel this way and I will happily refund your money if you return the jug to me! All my work is handmade by myself in my studio and thus carries a much higher production cost than a mass produced item. With regards to the size, the measurements are clearly stated on the website to avoid confusion. Best wishes Hanne Rysgaard Ceramics

15 May 2011I love the products on not on the high street.com but would love if the suppliers could offer a gift-wrap option. I only use internet for sending gifts to the UK (I am non-UK resident) so have a problem when there is no gift wrap option! The porcelain jug was very happily received by the recipient and arrived in perfect condition.
