It is made from strong coated cardboard, with metal fixings. The side door has a velcro fastening

The measurements of the boxes are clearly stated in the product description. It also says that the box is made from coated cardboard. In the image you can see the structure of the box too. I am sorry you are disappointed with the storage box as it is one of my most popular items.
