Christmas stocking - embroidered Scandinavian style in felt .
I have taken the inspiration for my felt Christmas stockings from a rare book of traditional Norwegian knitting patterns. The patterns were knitted during the summer "light nights" of Northern Norway and passed down through generations. I have chosen two styles, Roros (single snow flake) and Selbu (a line of stars). I have simplified them into beautiful minimal machine and hand embroidered line motifs.
Variations
The stockings come in two sizes 56cm and 46cm (diagonally) . In Ruby and Athracite.

These stockings are made in high quality 3mm thick felt 100% wool felt. It is environmentally made and is Water Repellent, Flame Retardant, Moth Proof (really important for storing).
