This high waisted skirt in vintage style is made from textured, woven fabric.
It is pleated on one side and flares out on the other. On the waistband and hem the skirt is trimmed with sheer organza with insects and lightbulbs print which is a fun take on fire flies.
Jacquard ribbon in beige and black finishes the design.
