The perfect gift for all garlic lovers! Bake and serve garlic, herbs and shallots in this gorgeous English-made, natural Terracotta Garlic Baker.
Natural terracotta is perfect for baking and roasting food to warm the body and soothe the soul. Slow bake garlic bulbs to release the full flavour and shamelessly enjoy with delicious crusty bread. Or add roasted garlic to crushed potatoes or (our favourite) added to smashed root veg. The true beauty of terracotta is that it’s ideally suited to cooking; what’s more it’s wonderful to serve from too. (You could even use it to serve garlicky tapas favourites to take them straight from the oven to the table.)
Recipe suggestion; simply trim the upper quarter inch off a garlic bulb to expose the cloves, then place in the baker and drizzle with a touch of olive oil (as desired). Slow cook at 170⁰c / gas mark 4 for an hour or so. The garlic is ready when the cloves will easily pop out of their skin.

To clean simply wash in hot, soapy water and allow to dry completely before replacing the lid and storing. Oven safe up to 240⁰c. In our opinion, we love the way terracotta improves with use, giving it a homely lived-in feel and look.
