Personalised Mum and Me Silver Hearts by Fingerprints
A set of two stunning sterling silver heart pendants - ideal for a mother and daughter, sisters or friends. Either size pendant is suitable for an adult or a child from 3 years old and upwards.
Each large (22mm) or small (13mm) sterling silver heart is adorned with a handcrafted polymer clay heart and freshwater pearl. Presented on a 90cm suede thong, they can be tied to any length.
These pendants can be bought separately, but you save money if you buy them together. Please choose a colour for each pendant and also choose whether or not to personalise each one. To make your gift that extra bit special you can have one or both pendants personalised with a single initial.
Presented in a beautiful grey fingerprints box and organza bag, it comes with a tag that explains the story behind our name and a proverb for inspiration.

You can also now choose to add a second and third clay heart on mums' pendant - so that's up to three clay hearts on the silver heart - ideal to represent her children, close to her heart - and they can be personalised with initials to reflect their names.
