Gorgeous venetian glass heart (22mm), adorned with a cluster of charms including a freshwater pearl, a handcrafted polymer clay heart and a semi-precious bead. The pendant comes on a 16'' sterling silver chain and the glass heart and beads are available in a number of colours.

A very popular piece, this pendant is ideal for anyone from the age of 3 years and upwards. The hand-crafted polymer clay heart can be PERSONALISED with a single initial, making an extra special gift, or treat to yourself.
