A stunning stone heart pendant made with a semi-precious stone heart (3cm) adorned with a unique cluster of charms.
The charms include a hand-crafted polymer clay heart, freshwater pearls and sterling silver heart & key charm. The pendant sits on a 90cm soft suede thong that is fully adjstable so you can wear long or short.
Alongside each colour option is a description of the semi-precious stone used for that piece.
This is one of our best-selling pieces and is a stunning addition to any outfit.
It is available personalised, with up to two initials or numbers on two clay hearts, making that extra special gift.
