This lovely round poplar box contains Blended Lemon Pepper (50g); Whole Green Peppercorns (40g); Whole Black Peppercorns (40g) and Baies Rose (35g). Mix them up and give them a going over in a pestle or pepper mill or use them separately according to the needs of the dish. Hard and strong (thank you Matron) with the black pepper; lighter and aromatic with the green; scented and floral with the pink - try studding a brie with these ones, lovely.
