The real thing: A traditional Trebbiano grape 3 year old oak aged balsamic vinegar from Modena. Fantastic with any of our infused oils as a simple dressing. You should try roasting a couple of vine loads of plum tomatoes with olive oil with a good glug of this over the top, garlic cloves shoved in any gaps. Joy!
