I am so sorry you had such trouble with your order. I'm currently on maternity leave but, will look into what happened as you should not have had to pay anything for postage and it should have been sent tissue wrapped in a waterproof jiffy bag. I'm so sorry that wasn't your experience. We have received the item back and will issue a full refund today - just so sorry you weren't happy with the service. I will be looking into it for you and ensuring it doesn't happen again. Happy Christmas and hope you find something lovely for your daughter.

Beautifully made but the sizing was all wrong, very efficient return and refund process.

I sent an email asking if this item had indeed been dispatched as per email advised, as I had not yet received the item. I was informed by a nice email saying that it had. However, several days later (and getting worried it had gone astray) Then I received a notification from the post man asking me to collect an item from the local depot as not enough postage had been paid. I was not impressed when I collected it to find it was this item and that not only had I had to pay the extra postage and a £1.00 admin fee, but that this item had been sent in the post in a large envelope with a second class stamp! This is a £35.00 order?? Item was wrapped nicely in tissue but I didn't feel it was enough for this to have been sent in just an envelope. I would personally would rather have been charged for the postage and had it sent directly to my home and not have the bother of having to drive to our local depot, queue to get my item and then queue to get out town and drive home the weekend before xmas!! Sorry, this was one of the main reason why I ordered online was to avoid all of that. Also, unfortunately, when I had a proper look at it, it looked tiny for a size 14... I did view at previous comments and ordered a size bigger for my size 12 daughter but this is still too small. I let my daughter look at and although she loved the colour she agreed it would be too small. Did send an email informing them of the issues I had with the post and another to say this was coming back, but no responding email received as yet, but still early days. Have now sent this item back by special delivery and hopefully I will get a refund soon. Shame really as I loved the colour and its beautifully made.
