BRAND / MARKETING MANAGER BRAND / MARKETING MANAGER

It would be your job to manage and implement the company's marketing activities, including its public relations programme, key areas of digital marketing and on/off-site consumer promotions. You'd be reporting to the Managing Director and/or Marketing Director, targeting our ABC1 female audience. You'd need about three years' experience - with emphasis on PR, affiliate marketing, and email marketing - though there is plenty of opportunity to acquire skills on the job. We'd also naturally expect you to be technologically-agile, although no-one is going to ask you to code the site! Excellent communication skills - written and spoken - are also essential, together with huge amounts of initiative and independence, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining exceptionally high standards in all areas.



GRAPHIC DESIGNER: PRINT GRAPHIC DESIGNER: PRINT

A freelance position for a six week period from mid-July until early September, with potential for the role to become permanent. You'll need original design ideas as well as good print production knowledge: our new 116 page catalogue will showcase over 600 products from a selection of the 700 small businesses that we support. Demonstrable experience of catalogue layout and design together with a strong familiarity with our ABC1 female customer is vital. A demanding but rewarding role, you will thrive under tight deadlines and enjoy working closely to brief and within existing style guidelines as well as creating fresh ideas that fit our brand.

For candidates with digital/online design experience and good HTML knowledge, this could grow to a permanent position as our in-house designer.



CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATIONS ASSISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

We need someone to support our lovely (and very busy) customer service team over the important Christmas season, from September to December this year. It would be your job to answer the phones, manage calls and take orders on behalf of customers, as well as helping to manage shopper enquiries and personal shopping. General office duties would include preparing the meeting room, managing post, looking after our office environment and our well-being! Excellent communication skills are essential as is initiative and an understanding that small gestures make a big difference. You'd be reporting directly to the Operations Co-ordinator and/or Operations Director.

Salary for all positions is according to experience.
