  the mugs were delivered quickly and i was very pleased with them.i just hope the recipient is pleased with them!

  It is now 20 Decemeber, 3 weeks after I have ordered my product and it is yet to arrive. Very disappointing as its a Christmas present. NOTHS has been great chasing the supplier but the supplier has yet to respond to both my and NOTHS's queries as to the whereabouts of my product. Very poor.

  A great product which I bought as a new home gift. I have a friend who has everything but she didn't have these! Everything in arrived in good time and very carefully packaged. Would recommend to a friend and buy again. Thank you Disco Butterfly!!

  Placed an order for two mugs - thought they were brilliant - friend had recommended the company. Informed that the order was being processed pretty much straight away - then that the order was being dispatched only 1 week later - great! This was on the 18th March - hadn't heard anything 7 working days later - so contacted notonthehigh street - was told that seller away on holiday and I would have to wait for reply.....I waited and then was told that the seller might not be trading through notonthehighstreet any longer - but that someone was trying to find out! I was confused then! I asked for a telephone number to speak with someone (Emily) - she then told me that the mugs had definitely been sent but that they must have been lost in the post and that you as a company weren't sure if disco butterfuly was making mugs anymore as the people were on an "indefinite holiday" - whatever that means! Whilst she was very nice, I found the whole experience less than satisfactory - I wouldn't recommend you to anyone and I wouldn't use again - really sorry, as some of the products are great. I wouldn't want another one of your suppliers to go on holiday and you not be able to get in touch with them! Also, the mugs got lost in the post?! I haven't had anything get lost in the post for years - it's a little like "my dog eat my homework"!

  Two sets purchased, one set was excellent, very original and a great gift. The second set was incorrectly printed and the vendor is on holiday, thankfully its not an urgent order and it will be sorted out i am hoping to use them again.
