29 Dec 2011The mug did not arrive in time. I requested speedy delivery and paid extra for a courier however this was ignored and my parcel was sent in the regular post. I did receive a refund for £1 for the delievery charge but no explanation and no apology for the late delivery of a Christmas present - very disappointing.
