In line with notonthehighstreet.com our standard delivery charge is £2.75 for goods except for larger or heavier items.

Standard Delivery - sent by Royal Mail first class post, but this is not a tracked service. Royal Mail will try to deliver once, and leave a card to collect from your local sorting office if you are not home. Unfortunately, as this is not a tracked service, we are unable to find out where your parcel is if you have not received it. We recommend calling your local sorting office, checking with neighbours or asking your local postman/lady.

Tracked Express Delivery - we use DHL Next day for this service who deliver Monday-Friday. Please ensure your order is made before 11am for dispatch the same day, if your order is made on a Friday it will not be delivered until the following Monday.

NB: If you would like your order to be left in a safe place if you are not in, you will need to leave a note for the driver clearly showing your name, the date, the tracking reference and your signature. If you do choose to use this method it would be at your own risk.

(We use a signed for, next day courier for this service and though 99% of deliveries arrive the next day we cannot absolutely guarantee this as the delivery service is out of our control.)
