I love to cook and am particularly passionate about baking . I am Scottish and think my sweet-tooth is a genetic trait. My Mum and my Nana used to cook, bake and of course, try to diet in equal measure! ...It's them who started my passion for cooking and baking I am sure.
As a child there were always great tins of home baked cakes in the pantry of Mum's kitchen. When I got my own kitchen it seemed only right I would have 'something in my tins' to offer people when they popped in for a wee cup of tea.
I have been running a food consultancy for 14 years. I have always had baking in the office for clients too..it would have seemed inhospitable not to. I also used to bake for our clients at Christmas and my brownies were always the most popular.
3 years ago I decided I would like to have my own food business and not just help other people with their businesses. Chocolate brownies were the natural product and so that is how this business started.
We have grown a lot since then but remained true to our roots with the same ingredients as when I baked them at home. I still love talking to clients and love sharing my brownies with an ever widening circle of friends.
