  This product was returned as it was damaged in transit. However a full refund of both product and delivery charges was made immediately which was great. Very impressed by the service of this supplier - it was just unfortunate about the picture frame. Unfortunately i did not order another one - as I needed it for that weekend.

  Great picture frame, having been looking for ages and this is perfect.

  The overall look/presentation of the frame is beautiful, however when you take the back off to put the pictures in it was a bit of a disaster. It specifies the size of the appetures, I purchased the pictures based on this size however the appetures weren't big enough so the photos overlapped & they didn't have slots so moved about all over the place. I still loved the finished piece but for £85 plus £10 delivery, I would have expected it to be better thought out.
