Made in Morocco for us from sabra silk and a dash of camel's wool. Sabra silk is a natural vegetable fibre harvested sustainably from the Aloe Vera Cacti found in the Sahara Desert and then traditionally dyed in age-old vats. The camel's wool is taken from the caravans of camels that criss cross the Sahara.Aloe Vera is well known for its heath properties and even the fibre s are thought to have a benefiscial affect on the skin.
Available in one size: (3m x 2m). These throws are 90% Sabra Silk so with a high sheen and slight twist of Camels Wool.
Twelve colours currently available: Silver Blue, Bumble B Yellow, Royal Red, Mauvy Purple ,Silver Yellow , Multicoloured , Technicoloured , Royal Blue Oatmeal , Summers Day , Royal and Blue and Royal .
Natural low impact dyes are used where possible. Organically produced – we pay a fair price to the craft-people who make our products.
5% of the price backs projects in Morocco to educate the young , protect the environment and improve livestock husbandry.
We endeavour that no young child labour is used. We plant one tree for every 100 items sold.
As all products are handmade from natural materials some slight variation may occur between similar products and slight fading may occur over time. Our products are made fire retardant so they can be used as curtain material and upholstery fabrics in commercial situations.
All items can be washed at 30c or be dry cleaned – safe to iron, can be tumbled dried if need be.

But the product was not the right colour and was not gift wrapped as requested. The merchant merely asked me to return it for a replacement, which I was unable as I needed ur for a gift. The product was delivered loosely bundled in a jiffy bag, which was inappropriate for such an expensive purchase.
