  THE PENDANT IS EXCELLENT BUT THE NECKLACE LETS I DOWN IT WOULD BE BETTER WITHOUT IT BUT CONSIDERING THE PRICE A REALLY GOOD BUY

  The necklace didn't even have a clasp on it. Disappointing and not good enough to give as a gift.

  The image and description show no clasp and this would be deemed in the very low retail price for such a design which uses real Venetian Glass,which is really expensive, made with Swarovski Crystals and sterling silver. Our price is very competitive due to the actual materials used and should actually retail for £18, a full £10 more than we sell it here on notonthehighstreet.com We sell 100's of these pendants a month, for 5 years and this has been our only ever negative feedback. This pendant has also been featured in a top end, world known fashion magazine who would not feature any products that they deemed unsuitable. We do however appreciate any feedback but our customers do tend to see the exceptional high grading of materials that we use and indeed our competitive pricing within the real gemstone market.

  The product was okay but the service wasn't great. This arrived about two weeks after another product ordered at the same time and too late to give as a Christmas present. The email I received when I enquired about where the item was was dismissive, bordering on rather rude.

  I thought the necklaces were really pretty and packaged well. They would only be suitable in my opinion for children however, which is what I required them for.
