Variations
You can choose to send this card directly to your recipient by selecting the 'send directly to recipient' option. Let us know your personalised message and we'll write it beautifully by hand inside. We won't send any paperwork to your recipient; we will instead email the delivery note for your records upon request.
Cards will be sent to the delivery address that you select at the checkout. If you're sending directly to your recipient, do make sure that the delivery address is correct at the checkout. For any orders placed where the customer address and delivery address are the same, we will post directly, packaging the card in cellophane with a blank white envelope for you to write your own message.

Delivery info
Standard delivery is with Royal Mail and delivery time frames are estimated unless an Express Delivery option is chosen at the checkout.
Express delivery requires a signature on delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery, the item will be taken to your local Royal Mail Collection office and a card left with instructions as to how to collect or rearrange delivery of your item.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
