A mixture of longer and shorter sentences give the best overall result. Note, the shorter the sentence, the larger it will appear. I may re-order the sentences to give a good overall balance to the design. so please do not expect to necessarily see each sentence in the order you have placed them.
A maximum of 32 characters per line is advised so try to be concise. Or, you could split very long sentences over two lines.

Note, it is your responsibility to ensure there are no grammatical or spelling errors as we do not proof read personalisation.

THE PRINT IS UNFRAMED (framed photo for illustration purposes).
Printed onto A4, lightly textured fine art cardstock. The print is sealed within an acid free, bevelled edge picture mount and backing board, and packaged in a protective clear cello bag.
The print will fit any standard A4 sized frame.

Orders are usually dispatched same day / next working day.
This product is sent with FREE DELIVERY using Royal Mail's 2nd class service, however, UK customers have the option to upgrade to 1st class (note, this does not speed up order processing time, only the delivery time).
Please note, as we rely on Royal Mail to deliver orders, please note that all delivery times are ESTIMATED.
Cloud 9 Design cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if the recipient is unavailable at the attempted time of delivery, or if the supplied delivery address is incorrect. If you have missed an attempted delivery and the postman has left a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your package, it is your responsibility to make such arrangements. If goods are returned to Cloud 9 Design, we reserve the right to make an additional shipping charge to re-ship the order.

Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
