PLACING AN ORDER:

Cloud 9 Design reserves the right to refuse any order submitted. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that I have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Acceptance of your order will be indicated, and hence a contract between us, when you receive email notification of the acceptance of your order.

COMPLETION OF ORDERS:

All my products are handmade to order and are usually sent within 1-2 working days. During busy periods, orders may a little take longer to complete. In such instances, this will be reflected in the despatch time quoted on my product pages which I endeavour to update as regularly as possible.

VARIATIONS:

Please note that due to the variance in settings, I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will accurately represent the true colours of the products.

NON-CANCELLABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

Orders for personalised items which are specially made (for example with your choice of name or other customised aspect that makes the item unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold), cannot be cancelled after you receive notification that your order has been accepted. If you are unclear about any aspect of ordering a personalised item, please contact me PRIOR to placing your order with any questions you may have.

In the event that an exchange or refund is requested for a non-personalised item that is not faulty, Cloud 9 Design will not be held liable for the postage charge incurred by the customer in returning the item to us. Cloud 9 Design also reserves the right to charge for the additional postage to execute the exchange of a product, where the goods are not faulty. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure products are packaged in such a way as to avoid damage in transit.

DELIVERY:

Cloud 9 Design offers free delivery on many products and UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class post.

As we rely on Royal Mail to deliver orders, please note that all delivery times (except Guaranteed Express Delivery) are ESTIMATED.

All goods are sent carefully and securely packaged in hard backed or padded envelopes. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a gift wrapping service at this time.

Once your order is despatched, Cloud 9 Design cannot be held liable for any delays by Royal Mail in the delivery of your goods. If you require receipt of goods before a particular date please ensure you take into consideration any potential delays with delivery by Royal Mail when placing your order, or upgrade shipping option to next day delivery.

Cloud 9 Design cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if the recipient is unavailable at the attempted time of delivery, or if the supplied delivery address is incorrect. If you have missed an attempted delivery and the postman has left a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your package, it is your responsibility to make such arrangements. If goods are returned to Cloud 9 Design, we reserve the right to make an additional shipping charge to re-ship the order.

For international orders, any customs or import duties levied once a package has reached your destination country will be your responsibility as Cloud 9 Design has no control over these charges nor can predict them.

Cloud 9 Design supports recycling and may re-use packaging supplies where possible in order to reduce its impact on the environment and the planet's precious resources. As lovely as it is to receive a beautifully presented package, it seems an unjustified cost to the planet when ultimately, packaging just gets thrown away. Please re-use and recycle your packaging wherever possible.

WARNING:

Our products are not toys and due to small parts being a potential choking hazard, they should not be handled by children under 3 years. Our products are intended for decorative purposes only.
