* a 100g cube of our 2005 Bronze Academy of Chocolate winning Chilli Tickle Venezuelan 70% carenero superior bean dark chocolate & fresh Dorset cream truffles infused with a gentle tickle of chilli, dusted in cinnamon icing sugar.

* a 125g bag of our NEW Oak-smoked Chilli dark chocolate slabs - 73 Venezuelan origin dark chocolate infused with Mexican ancho chillies and topped with oak-smoked chillies, smoked by our friend Huw of Besmoke in Sussex

.* 100g mini  Ginger Marble Cake - our fabulous chocolate fridge cake filled with crystallised ginger pieces, ginger biscuits, dorset butter, golden syrup, Venezuelan 70% dark chocolate & fairtrade raisins, all covered in dark chocolate

* a bag of 6 of our cult Green Spice truffles - white chocolate infused with cardamom which cuts through the sweetness and rolled in crushed pistachios. May sound a bit weird but this is one of our most popular truffles and these are two flavours which work wonderfully together.
