Happy Birthday Chocolate Biscuit Cake by Chococo
Our much loved Purbeck Marble Cake (Gold Great Taste Award Winner 2007) , beautifully decorated, to make a birthday very special.
This 750g "cake" is a fabulous mix of 70% cocoa solids dark Venezuelan chocolate, fairtrade cane sugar, golden syrup, Dorset butter, rich tea biscuits, fairtrade South African raisins & sour cherries, all topped with fairtrade milk chocolate and decorated with coloured white chocolate butterflies & flowers and hand piped with a giant Happy Birthday in delicious Venezuelan white chocolate.
You will get at least 10-12 slices out of this cake, depending on how fat or thin you cut them. Enough for the party guests, plus a few extra slices for the person celebrating!
It will keep in the fridge for a couple of weeks but like all our other fresh products, is best eaten quickly - not something that is ever a problem we gather from all our dedicated marble cake fans. This cake contains no eggs.
