This selection contains chocolates and truffles handmade with fresh Dorset cream, the finest Venezuelan carenero superior bean chocolate, natural flavours and NO preservatives. As a result, they are so pure that they should be eaten as soon as possible, ideally within two weeks. Great Taste Award & Academy of Chocolate Medal winning flavours include: vanilla milk chocolate truffle, cocoa dusted dark chocolate truffle, Ginger, chilli (a very gentle tickle of chilli) truffle, local Purbeck honey, espresso & cherry in kirsch - all handmade with pure ganache centres of fresh Dorset cream blended with Venezuelan chocolate & natural flavours.
