These 16 divinely decadent cocoa-dusted dark chocolate truffles, winners of a Two Star Gold Great Taste Award 2007, make a perfect gift for a lover of rich, dark chocolate.
Each truffle is handmade with a pure ganache centre of the finest carenero superior bean Venezuelan 70% dark chocolate, blended fresh Dorset cream and nothing else - no preservatives or additives of any kind.
Each is then hand-dipped in 73% Venezuelan chocolate and dusted in fairtrade cocoa powder, from the Dominican Republic. The result is very rich, intense but quite gorgeous.
As these truffles are so fresh & pure (they have only 3 ingredients), they do need to be eaten as soon as possible, ideally within 2 weeks of receipt.
Contains milk, soya and may also contain nut & wheat traces.
These truffles do not contain alcohol.
