Luxury Chocolate Biscuit Cake by Chococo
A cult line for Dorset Chocolate Makers Chococo, this chocolate biscuit cake (aka Purbeck Marble Cake) has won a Gold Great Taste Award in 2007, much press acclaim & was featured in Country Living's Christmas Food Guide in Dec 08 with a full colour page all to itself!
This scrumptious, treat is perfect with an afternoon cup of tea after a bracing walk on the beach and goes down a storm with everyone who tries it.
This 750g "cake" is a fabulous mix of 70% cocoa solids dark Venezuelan chocolate, fairtrade cane sugar, golden syrup, Dorset butter, rich tea biscuits, fairtrade South African raisins & sour cherries, all topped with rich 41% Venezuelan milk chocolate.
You will get at least 10-12 slices out of this cake, depending on how fat or thin you cut them.It will keep in the fridge for up to 4 weeks but like all Chococo's fresh products, is best eaten quickly.
This item contains milk, and gluten in the biscuits and may contain nut traces. This item does not contain alcohol.
