A gorgeous handmade sterling silver double heart necklace with two hearts linked together by the engraved words: "Heart to heart".
A engraved heart necklace that symbolises the importance of sharing a heart to heart with a loved one. Featuring two hearts linked together by a hanging engraved message this necklace is the perfect gift to represent shared affection.
A central golden heart with the silhouette of a couple is captured within a beautiful silver frame. A small heart is suspended above, connected to the pendant with the words Heart to Heart.
Handmade in sterling silver with 22ct gold vermeil.

Each heart necklace comes on a 45cm (18inch) chain, but is also available on 40cm (16inch) or 50cm (20inch) chain lengths, all of which can be selected from the drop down menu.
