These famous iconic hairbrushes need no introduction. They are as popular and sought after as ever and are increasingly hard to find. This is a gift to treasure - eminently useful and beautifully painted, they make a perfect christening present or special gift.

The brush quality is a mixture of pure boar bristle and nylon. We offer two sizes: the smaller 'pocket' size with 5 rings of bristle and nylon tufts starting at £54.00 and the larger 'handy' size with 6 rings of bristle and nylon tufts starting at £66.

Our prices are based on size and design choice, the least expensive being the single initial. They are personalised with pink, blue or lilac designs on an ivory coloured background. Please see images for details.

PLEASE BE AWARE: These brushes should last a lifetime but the artwork will not! As these brushes are handpainted we do suggest that they are kept carefully and not allowed into backpacks or the bottom of ballet bags. The design is handpainted in the toughest enamel paints available but with use and time the designs will inevitably start to show signs of wear and we do not guarantee the life of the paintwork for any period of time. We do, however, offer a touch up service free of charge which we are happy to offer all notonthehighstreet customers valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

The larger handy size brush comes with a smaller brush for cleaning. They all come in the traditional Mason Pearson box.

The designs available in lilac, blue and pink are:Floral capital letters: Maximum 8 letters on the handy size, 6 on the pocket size.
