  Sterling Silver Life Bead Necklace. Some concerns re lack of hall mark (can't find one). Also finish somewhat less smooth than appears in picture. Having said that a good weight. On the whole satisfied.

  The rope in which the beads are on is not very durable and already fraying. However the beads are lovely would be nice if they were slightly bigger though. Overall a nice present would be even nicer if the above items were considered.

  Fast delivery.Unique necklace and great that it can be personalised. Not so keen on the black cord but it can be adapted. I would recommend this item especially if you like a vintage look. Thank you.

  My husband loves the beads, they have a good weight and look very stylish- just wish they came on a good quality leather thong as the shoe lace does them an injustice!

  Nice idea but disapointed in the style of the necklace as it looks more stunning in the picture. The beads are small and more fragile looking than expected and the engraving is not deep ,the finish on the beads is also just smooth matt finish on the pics it looks more of a brushed silver . The cord is a shoelace with knots in to make it adjustable. It does not look like it is worth 47.50 (including extra bead and spacer) I would like to see a simular one using more chunky beads and a better quality cord like leather.

  Was very disappointed with what it was like when it was sent out.Not particularly clear for what you are buying.

  I thought the product was poor quality, especially the so called necklace it was basically a bit if string with no proper fastening. How you were expected to keep undoing the knot each time was beyond me. Not practical at all. The silver beads were ok now I have put them on another necklace.

The cord necklace is fastened with slip knots which move up and down (therefore adjustable so the knots do not have to be undone at all).   For a fairly expensive piece (almost £50) I expected more than what I received. The 'silver' is very lightweight and poor quality and the cord looks worn. Additionally the 'adjustable' cord doesn't adjust! I complained and was told that as this was a personalised item it was non returnable. I was offered a replacement cord and am still waiting 3 weeks later. This was for a birthday present which I have been unable to give. Highly disappointed.

The cord is indeed adjustable as the cord is tied with slip knots - you just have to move them up and down. A replacement cord was indeed sent although must have gone astray in the post unfortunately. Another is on its way.   The necklace itself is of poor quality considering the price. The beads are OK but for the price I was expecting a better quality necklace, with a 'proper' fastener.
