  It all turned out ok in the end but it took a while to get there! The messed my order up and I had to pay to send it back recorded. They said they would pay for this but didn't.

  Really nice friendly company, called regards the <3 to ask if this was to be a heart. Shipped quickly which was ideal as I choose the item a few days before it was required so arrived just in time.

  Great product, they took the initiative to change "<3" into an actual love heart which is what I was looking for, they even tried to contact me to ask if this is what I wanted, however I was out of the country. I also was particularly impressed that they had sent a spare cord for the bracelet and instructions on how to change it yourself. The product itself is very cute and exactly what I was looking for!

  Bracelet is perfect for a man who doesnt want to have jewellery on show great that it comes with a spare leather starp too.... shame you couldnt select a coloured bag for the gender as my husbands came in a pink bag..

  Perfect Father's Day present. Really good quality product - hand stamping makes the bracelet feel more individual.

  The service was fantastic-ordeered in the afternoon,received next morning. Presentation box and information great. Unfortunately the personalised writing was wonky on each side and I expected a better quality for the price charged. Having said that my husband loved it as it was a present from his daughter.

  It's a shame you don't have a difference between the 'poor' icon (which defaults as a red rating) to the green 'good' as I would have put this review there. I have to say for what arrived - it was slightly pricey and the lettering was very blunt - a nice idea but way overpriced.

  The leather bracelet arrived very quickly, packaging was lovely,my twin brother loved his 50th birthday present,,Thankyou very much. I also received a beautiful silver bracelet from not on the high street, from my friend, I'm happy!!! carol x

  Could do with an option of packaging ie: I had this bracelet ordered for my male friend and it came in pink tissue paper and a pink drawstring bag. Maybe offer the customer an option of 2 colours the bag may come in.
