Designer Rikke Hagen explains: "The inspiration springs from my own experience of drinking a Cognac ... when you have time and can really relax. As I played, I found I loved the feeling of the large cup in my hands but the stem seemed to get in the way somehow. So I thought, why not cut it off? That’s how my Cognac Glass was born."
