Made in Britain
A cluster of sterling silver leaves threaded on a sterling silver chain.
I create this necklace by texturing the silver with pressed leaves. The metal picks up the texture of the leaf to reveal an incredibly intricate pattern. I then cut the leaf shape out by hand and hand finish the edges until they shine. The five leaves are attached to a sterling silver back plate. Each leaf print is unique and so no two necklaces are ever exactly the same.
The length of the sterling silver chain can be altered to suit your preferred style.
The chain, the clasp and the pendant are all made from 925 Sterling Silver that is sourced from a supplier in the UK.
The leaves on this necklace have been patinated to bring out the natural texture of the pressed leaves.
Silver jewellery will naturally tarnish. An impregnated silver cleaning cloth will remove the tarnish from silver. Rub lightly over the leaves so that you only polish the top surface, in this way, the patinated silver in the leaf texture will remain dark.
Each necklace is marked with my makers stamp that is registered with the Assay Office in London and is unique to me. It is your guarantee of authorship and quality.
This necklace is handmade in my studio that sits at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds here in England and will be packaged up in a gift box, tied with a ribbon, ready to give to yourself or someone else.
Each leaf pendant is unique but will measure approximately 3cm long and just under 1cm in width.
The chain length measurements are the lengths of the chain when measured end to end.
The length of the chain can be altered to suit your personal preference. The lengths available are 41cm (16 inches), 46cm (18 inches), 51cm (20 inches) and 61cm (24 inches).
