This handtied tutu from Candy Bows is Truly Scrumptious!
How it's made....well, metres and metres of soft tulle is hand tied to an elastic waist along with a spoonful of fairy wishes and love. The result - a perfectly full twirly tutu full of fun. We've added a handtied bow, clipped on to the waist band this is removable so that you can pop it in your hair on a whim.
Available in Small (2-4 yrs) Medium (4-6 yrs) and Large (6-9 yrs).
