The elegant RoseGarden Tutu features fluffy Purple and pale pink fabric and a Rose that is always in bloom. This  Tutu is perfect for garden tea parties, Flower Girls, and of course memorable photos.

This tutu is professionally hand-knotted. Each 12" long tutu is made with layers and layers of soft tulle peices that are carefully trimmed, twisted, and knotted into place. This design is unique to Candy Bows. These tutus have a stretchy waistband so they can be worn for years of imaginative playtime.  Buyers can opt to purchase co-ordinating wings at the checkout.  Tutus are made to measure and can take 10-15 days to arrive
