This tutu is professionally hand-knotted. Please allow up to 15 days for delivery. Each 12" long tutu is made with layers and layers of soft tulle peices that are carefully trimmed, twisted, and knotted into place. The teardrop hemline unique to Candy Bows designs adds fun and makes this tutu perfect for playing in garden! These tutus have a stretchy waistband so they can be worn for years of imaginative playtime. If you would like wings you can select them at the checkout process. Tutus are made to measure and can take 10-15 days to arrive
