  The product itself is very nice, however I asked for a gift card and the gift card was a piece of paper with the words printed on it, so not really a gift card and not something that I give someone. Also the packaging tissue paper had brown marks on it so I had to throw this away as it gave the impression that it was dirty.

  I like it but a little less than the fish one, partly because they dont really go together; I bought the fish hot plate and the star fish hot plate together as a wedding gift from friends... the different finishes ( matt starfish and shiney fish) mean that they look different colours and just dont compliment each other in the way I expected them to. They are kept in different places.

  it does not say anywhere that the startfish shape has little "legs"
