  Fantastic customer service, they weren't happy with the prints I'd taken so I had to get another set back to them and I was already past their Xmas delivery deadline yet they still had them to me in time, my husband was very pleased with them! Thank you for all your help, will definitely recommend to all our friends and family :0)

  These cufflinks are beautiful ! The seller was fantastic in communicating with me to get the product perfect for us. The only down side to the cufflinks is that it takes two to put them on as they are a bit more fiddly then the t bar cufflinks. So if you are expecting your man to wear them more than a special occassion just be aware, but all in all my husband LOVED them and they were the perfect pressent. Thank you

  It is not possible to make out the finger prints on the cuff links. Also the size of the cuff links is such that it is very difficult to get them through the holes in the cuffs of a shirt. On Father's Day, we had to stretch the holes in the shirt to get them in. Also, both sides of the cuff link are the same size which makes them look bulky. Other than that, I would say that the company were very helpful and efficient.

The fingerprints are cast directly from the moulds you sent to us and are the one thing we can't change or alter from the process of making these. However we always want our customers to be delighted and if they weren't as you'd hoped then had you contact us we'd work with you to resolve any issues. Regarding the size of the cufflinks; the have been tested on many many shirts and do always go through the cufflinks holes. Each disc then lies flat against the shirt.   The process was extremely efficient, and the kit for the fingerprints was really easy to use - the result was fantastic - a great gift and they arrived exactly when Button adn Bean/ not on the high street said they would.

  The product itself is absolutely fantastic, and it did arrive in time for Christmas. A couple of points though about the ordering process: the website stated that last orders for Christmas should be made by 18th November; I ordered on 17th. I received the pack containing the moulds in the post on Friday 19th (so did not actually see them until the evening when I got home); this stated that the latest they could be received back for Christmas delivery was 1pm on Monday 22nd November. The return envelope had a second class stamp. I was concerned that the moulds would not get there in time, so tried to call the number given, as I am very local to B&B and could have delivered them in person, had I known their street address. Unfortunately, I was not able to leave a message as the message inbox was full. So I replaced the second class stamp with a first class stamp and managed to track down all my children to get the moulds made and into the post on Saturday, trusting the Royal Mail to get them there on time! Of course, all was well in the end and the cufflinks did arrive in time - and were extremely well received by the recipient - but maybe a need to consider how orders close to the deadline are managed and communicated? Only a minor point in the overall scheme of things...

  The kit was very easy to use with very clear instructions, 2 out of the 3 fingerprints on the finished cuff links were very clear, just 1 set was less visable but my husband was still delighted with them.

  fantastic service and care for the beautiful product. They rang me to discuss my request as they considered with their experience that another option would look better. They were right. Perfect. Something to be treasured forever. A tight deadline was also met with no worry caused as they kept me informed all the way. A lovely company to deal with.

  I am delighted with the cufflinks - thank you! My husband will be thrilled. What service! The clay to make the fingerprints arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered them and I'm not even in the UK!! The instructions on how to make the fingerprints were clear and it was simple to do. You were so kind when I had to ask for more clay as my 1yr-old was a bit heavy-handed with hers! The cufflinks came quickly, in nice packaging and they're gorgeous. All in all, I couldn't be happier! Thank you.

  Really good instructions included for doing the fingerprints,took me about 3 mins to do four children! When the cufflinks arrived I was really pleased,they were better than I imagined! My children gave these to their Dad for his 40th,he was over the moon with them, he's worn them every work day since!
