  Got this item, Loved the little wooden box that it came in but very disappointed at the actual Christmas Bauble which was a mince pie. Better quality decoration for £3.00 in M&S. Shame the decoration didnt live up to the packaging. Very disappointing!

  I love them, not too large, but beautifully detailed. I got these in the sale after Christmas, so am only disappointed I will have to wait another year to hang them! They are pricey, but I can see them becoming heirloom pieces for my (very much future!) grandchildren's tree.

  I had a small worry that the wrong baubles would be delivered as the despatch note entitled them as another different set of baubles but the correct ones were delivered.

  one of the items was broken. I received a telephone call from the company to apologise for this and a replacement was dispatched immediately. very happy with this level of customer service
