The company were brilliant as I accidentally put in the wrong address and they managed to change this after it had been despatched so I received it to the correct address in time for Christmas. The only problem with the product was that the bolts were too short so we couldn't assemble it but we bought some new ones and it was fine. It looks really stylish and there is plenty of air circulation so the fire lights really easily.
