The necklaces have a very pale shimmery pink 30mm murano glass heart strung on rows of white and pale pink pearls. Or you can choose the option to have all white pearls. The necklace is finished with a sterling silver trigger clasp and extension chain.
The heart is a beautiful rounded puff heart, so it is not flat.
