  Our personalised Christmas stamp came really quickly and looks great. My other half is not dreading writing his Christmas cards this year and I will enjoy the affect on our gift tags. Love the idea!

  Stamp itself was good but tags purchased with the stamp were not the one's advertised despite me double checking when placing the order with your colleague. Also due to the delay of the product was unable to return and reorder before christmas. I was very dissappointed as reason i bought these items is for the finer detail with presentation of gifts!

  We are sorry to hear that you were not completely happy with your order. We worked very hard to send all orders in good time for Christmas. All our stamps are custom made, so it's not just a case of taking them off the shelf, so the shipping will always take slightly longer than for non-customized products.   The company sent me the stamp with the wrong family names on it. I have left four messages explaining this and left contact details for them to get back to me and have had no correspondance at all. A very poor service. I would have at least expected a courtesy call to apologise for the delay.

  I have been sent the wrong stamp and the seller is not contactable - multiple messages left by phone and email but no reply. I will be seeking a refund.

  this is a brilliant idea, the stamp has saved alot of arm ache. The stamp is well made i will us year after year and the ink pad is alot bigger than i expected. Delivery was quick and everything was well packed.

  The actual product is great, however cut out the middleman and save yourself some money and just buy it from the original suppliers at http://www.englishstamp.com/. This seller simply resells this other suppliers products with a hefty markup adding zero overall creativity. Disappointing!
