Although the mat I ordered was really lovely when it arrived, and was what I was expecting, it took weeks to get here which wasn't good. I think if I had heard from the seller that it was going to take a while to arrive then I would have minded less. They did give me an despatch date for it, but it took more than a week after that to arrive. I was also not happy that it was delivered by a company who's nearest depot was an 80 mile round trip away from my house, with no fixed delivery date, and who left me a card when they tried the first time and I was out saying that if I wasn't in for the second attempt at delivery I would have to do the 80 mile round trip to collect the item. That meant that I had to take a day off work and stay in the house all day until they delivered it (there was no way of even arranging for it to be morning or afternoon, so I had to be in the house all day). Real shame, as it was a great product. Love the things you sell on notonthehighstreet.com, but the website would be so much better to use if it was possible to narrow down the search results more, as there are SO many results!
