The Original Feuerhand storm lantern, made in Germany since 1902. These design classics were built to stay alight during hurricanes and are excellent quality as well as being stylish camping essentials that are more reliable than battery-powered models.
Now available in stylish painted tin, storm lanterns are designed to burn paraffin or kerosene in the container at the bottom using a wick that protrudes up into the glass chamber. The flame doesn’t flicker or produce soot and since it is fully enclosed within the glass is much safer than a candle. The glass is extremely strong, heat resistant and crack resistant in the rain. No sharp edges or leaking.
Made of high-grade tin-plated steel with legendary Schott-Suprax glass.
11.5oz fuel capacity. Requires paraffin or kerosene (not included). Burns for up to 20 hours.
Available in black, red or green.
