04 Dec 2011I love the hat unfortunately the two pom poms have both fallen off. i have purchased a replacement hat this evening and noted the fault to the seller. i would like to think as a jester of good will they will replace and not take payment for the second order, we'll see...

When I ordered the product it was described as a grey hat, so I was very surprised to receive a cream hat. When I reported this by email, I did not receive a reply but was reluctant to return it due to major delivery problems originally. Nonetheless, the product is very sweet, although rather large for an 8/9 month old. I would recommend 1yr plus.
