  Really unique cushion and very well made. I bought it as a birthday present for my son as he already has some London 'themed' cushions, but nothing like this one, and he was delighted with it.

  Lovely product but communication from seller rather curt and unfriendly

  Arrived on schedule and looks great! Although somehow the original picture made me imagine the cushion would be larger (chair required for scale in item photo, perhaps), it is perfect nonetheless - thank you!

  My son had bought this for my daughters 21st, she is going to London as part of her celebrations. Everyone that saw said it was amazing and where had we got it. Seller was outstanding alerting me with 3 emails (not good at checking my emails) that we had omitted to put what year we wanted she didn't want to guess and was anxious that she got it right and we got it when we needed it. Seller gave updates as to when posted and when we should expect it. Would definitely buy & recommend this seller. Well Done x

  The pillow was great. Not as big as I thought it would be but still great. I was also disappointed by the print. The print used for the date is very light, almost needing re-printing. It looks slightly faded...

  Thanks for your feedback. Sorry that the cushion was not as large as you were expecting. I do try and indicate the size of my small cushions by including the dimensions in my product description and using 'props' in my images to help customers grasp the scale. I am also sorry that you were disappointed with the print. I do mention in my product description that the unpredictable, old fashioned screen printing process gives a different finish every time, and customers should please be aware that the final print may be slightly uneven. This is characteristic of the screen printing technique. It's not a case that the design needs reprinting; it will never be guaranteed to be bold and even as digital prints and other more modern techniques are on fabric. I hope that the recipient loved the cushion, and I can improve your customer satisfaction by reassuring you that your cushion was created from scratch uniquely for you and any imperfections are due to your order being crafted by hand from start to finish.   Bought the cushion for my dad - a self-confessed anorak - and he loves it! He really appreicated the personalised date bit too (though it would make even more sense to be able to personalise other parts of the text!) and such a well-made, high-quality cushion was well worth the price.
