Artful Teasing is based in a delightfully fragrant shop in the beautiful town of Petworth in West Sussex. Our customers love the personal service only a small business can provide and know they can buy the perfect gift or pamper themselves with our skillfully formulated and beautifully packaged products.
At Artful Teasing we are inspired by the distinct difference that essential oils make. Years of working in the traditional cosmetic industry which relies on synthetic fragrances made us determined to establish and independent company with an essential difference.
With those years of industry know-how and a passion for the fragrance and feel for the products we wanted to produce, we have been able to blend natural and organic oils such as rosehip, olive and sweet orange oil together with organic shea butter to create creams and lotions which are more natural than high street brands and formulated to match the structure of the surface of the skin.
Our products are formulated and made in Sussex and are SLS, paraben, artificial colour and artificial fragrance free with a natural preservative system based on enzymes found in tears. Not only does this preservative system eradicate a wider range of micro-organisms than the most widely used preservatives but it is already present in the body and biodegradable so that no new or persistent chemical is introduced into the environment.

Launch of New Products
Artful Teasing haven't just improved the appearance of their products with new bottles bottles and labels but have switched to a new, natural preservative.
All water based products have to be preserved. Artful Teasing don't use a synthetic chemical to do this. Their enzyme based approach, bases on the enzymes found in tears, uses only compounds already found in nature.
With their existing commitment to avoiding parabens and SLS and using moisturisers that mimic the skin's natural structure, they continue to be one of the most natural, full range brands on the market.
