I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the cards, we have sold upwards of 500,000 of this very card, assembled as yours. Not once has our product been considered anything other than a unique, and a beautiful card made to a very high standard. The whole point of the card is to give the affect of layers so you have the image on top of the trace which overlays the words. However I always take on board comments from customers, and customer satisfaction is very important to me, so I will add some extra images and a better description to that particular product, to ensure this doesn't happen in the future. was VERY disappointed the cards were much smaller than I had expected but thaat wasnt the main problem they just looked hand made and not in a good way - I had to keep them as they needed to be posted abroad BUT will not recommend and would not purchase again esp at the price for each one - I wanted something a bit special and unfortunately didnt get it
