Oh, I do like to be beside the seaside, a British seaside inspired tote bag from the Alphabet Bags summer collection.
The phrase is taken from the lyrics of John A. Glover-Kind’s popular British music hall song, which always reminds us of windy days by the coast. This typographic tote is ideal for lazy days at the seaside or for when you're wishing you were beside the sea!
The design has been created using high resolution scans of wooden letterpress type impressions.
Our bags have mid-length straps which are ideal for being carried by hand or over the shoulder. Each tote has been lovingly stitched and printed in the UK using terrific heavy weight natural cotton.
Two options are available: blue ink printed on heavy natural cotton and white ink printed on heavy navy cotton.
Made from:
Made from 100% natural or blue cotton and screen printed by hand.
Wash with similar colours and do not iron printed area.

Fabulous bag that was a birthday present for a friend who holidays on the east coast at every opportunity. The fact it's available in blue was the cherry on the cake (ardent Sheffield Wed. fan!). The bag was put into immediate service, and apparently drew many a smile and an enquiry where it came from!
