  Just a bit dissapointed on the time factor. Items were ordered around 25th November and didn't receive until 21st December, a bit worrying as the items were personal. Would have been worth while sending frst class post with so little time to spare for Christmas.

  I placed the order 4 weeks before Christmas and it arrived the day before Christmas Eve. On opening the package there was a strong smell of paint and the letters had been wrapped in paper whilst still wet. Some of the paint had stuck to the paper and left marks on the letters. As this was a Christmas gift it was too late to change it. I emailed the company and they just said pack it up and return it (presumably at my cost and inconvenience). I reluctantly gave it as a gift and told the recipient that I would send it back after Christmas if they didn't want it. It was something she had specifically asked for so is probably going to keep it even though it is damaged. Given the cost of these letters (a total of almost £50 for 3 including packing!) I think they were grossly over-priced, of poor quality and not enough care was taken over the packing. It had obviously been done in a rush to get the package out for Christmas when the order had been in for 4 weeks! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

  I should have paid heed to previous negative feedback regarding delivery! The seller lied, stating they had despatched the item on the 9th, then I get a message with apologies stating the item would be sent on the 21st, then when I complain I get a terse response on the 22nd in which they claim to have sent it earlier and at great cost to them they will despatch a second item. (even though at that stage NOTHING had been sent) When I query this they decide to cancel my order. So in effect I had waited from the 2oth of October until the 23rd of November for the seller to admit that they really couldn't be bothered to honour our agreement. There are other people who sell the same items on this web site - I can't recommend them as I've decided to go elsewhere, but if you have to buy via this website then you'd be as well to chose another seller. I would like to point out though that NOTH were exemplary in their handling of this case on my behalf

  We have not received our letters even though we were told that it was dispatched 2 weeks ago. I have since contacted the seller but haven't had any response...can you tell me when we will be receiving them? If not we will need a refund.

  The c is not freestanding and this was not clear in the details. As not freestanding no fixings for walls. I now have a display that reads ualm not calm. Not the effect I was looking for for £44
